It made my trip to Pigeon Forge a nice experience. I loved the beds, they were very comfy, and how helpful the staff was. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a great area, just off the center of town and Pigeon Forge.

It was filthy, frayed and dirty. Tiny bath with bugs. Lighting impractical and irritating. Loud neighbors. Breakfast was laughably poor. We were trapped into a nonrefundable reservation although they had many vacancies. We would have walked out if we could.

When we checked in we found no towels in our room. I went to the desk and ask for some. I was then told we will see if we have anymore. I ended up with two pool towels and nothing else. Wort of all I pulled back the sheets and saw something moving. At a closer inspection I found bed bugs. I told the manager and she came back to my room with an attitude and toldme it was probably some other kind of bug. It ended up being bed bugs and i was only given half my money back. My room number was 145. Please stay away.
